OF FCAT
I will develop legislation for providing restitution for
those students suffering injustice brought about by FCAT. This includes placing
children in their proper grade level, and seniors to be given their high school
diplomas plus the opportunity to attend community college or technical school
free.
FAMILY
BANK
When a child is born in the State of Florida, the parent or
parents will provide a list of family and friends to be placed in a state
register to draw upon in the placement of a child or children in case of
parental death(s) or other circumstances. The same procedure will be used for
families moving into the state.
CHILD
SUPPORT
The person receiving child support must provide receipts
showing how the money was spent for the health, safety, well-being of the child
or children. A drivers license should not be taken away for a person with a legitimate reason for not
paying child support. A flat fee per child will be used, not based on monthly
income. The child or children’s circumstances will determine the flat fee. Child
support payers should be able to claim the child or children as a dependent on
their income tax return.
VOTING
PAPER TRAIL
A voter will receive a receipt of how they voted, with one
copy placed in a lock box for the county and state. We will go back to only
using paper ballots, no machines, and counting by hand. There will be no fee
charged to candidates who questions the results of the election.
